Sammy Davis' 4.5 Litre Invicta at Brooklands
During the 1931 Easter Mountain Handicap the Invicta, which had been riding too high up the home banking to maintain it's momentum, slid down and overturned breaking Sammy Davis' leg in two place.
In the background can be seen a Rileyleading an Amilcar 6.
