VINTAGE MONACO GRAND PRIX POSTERS
On this page you will find our offerings on original, vintage Monaco Grand Prix posters and program booklets.
We have given the posters three different denominators:
- The normal posters - These are the posters that were sold at the track-side during the event.
- Signed - Signed by one or more Formula One celebrities.
- Hors Commerce - These are the posters which were issued BEFORE the event and are the ones that you could find hanging around the Principality of Monaco before the race. These are usually marked on the back with the text "Exemplaire non destiné a la vente", which is French for "Not destined for re-sale", and in several cases they are numbered. The usual issue for these Limited Editions is 2,000 pcs which makes them extremely rare as the shops etc. that they were given out to, to announce the race, are not allowed to sell them on and most were simply tossed away after the event!
