This is a shot of Eugenio Castellotti in his privately owned 225S (S/N 0166 ED) en route to second place overall in the 1952 Grand Prix of Monaco which was held that year for Sports Cars instead of F1 cars.
Castellotti sold the car in 1953 to the USA where it still seems to reside after a 7 years break when it resided in France.
The photo measures some 18 x 12.5 cm or 7 x 5 inches and is in mint condition. The back carries the photographer's stamp + some (incorrect) notes.
